We are seeking all quantities, of both D2 and jet fuel, at port, and on the spot basis. Currently, our pricing thresholds on D2 are at NWE platt -$30 net, and on jet fuel they are currently at NWE -$10 Net. In addition, our procedures are as follows:

- Seller issues SCO
- We issue LOI/ICPO
- Seller issues Commercial Invoice
- We sign and Return the Commercial Invoice, providing full banking details and references.
- Seller issues Dip Test Authorization
- We dip and verify the liftable quantity -If acceptable, we pay immediately
(within an hours time) via MT 103, for the full liftable quantity.
- We, simultaneously, activate a non transferable RDLC on all remaining quantities.

If you have the above offers which meet our buying criteria, please submit them for review. Obviously, in an effort to expedite things, we will go straight to commercial invoice. In addition, we currently utilize the following three
banks:

- Deutschebank
- UBS
- Mizuho Corporate Bank

In an effort to simplify a transaction, we will bank through the bank of the seller. Thus, enabling the bank of the seller, to verify our funds, as well as intent, in house, when necessary.  However, our willingness to perform in such a manner, is dependant upon the bank of the seller being a top 25 world bank.

Buyer will respond with a verifiable MT799 as POF to seller. We are not interested in any form of upfront payment . No allocation fees , no transportation monopoly .

I have a serious buyer interested in buying fuel. I'm direct to this buyer and can vouch that he is legit. The buyer is negotiable on procedures but he won't issue any payments or instruments before dip test because of the number of fuel scams going on right now. He can show POF bank to bank, show proof he has tanks in Rotterdam, and proof of past performance. Please make sure the offer is coming from the title holder. I'm willing to look at any offer so please send your offer as long as your negotiable on the procedures. I have no problem getting my buyer on the phone with the title holder.

My buyer is currently looking for LNG, JP54, D2, Mazut, JPA1, and DF2 (most grades of Diesel).

Here is one of the procedures that would be acceptable for my buyer:
1. Offer from seller via SCO, FCO, or Commercial Invoice
2. LOI / ICPO or Purchase Order
3. POF bank to bank, buyer won’t block his funds (Can also issue proof of past performance as well if need be)
4. Full POP including dip test authorization
5. Pay for liftable amount via swift MT103 and non-transferable RDLC for the rest of contract.
