We take pride to introduce ourselves as due diligence on behalf of our principal buyer based in China. Our yearly purchasing quantities are over 40 million MT. We are currently working with largest miners in the world on long term basis with iron ore suppliers. We are also in very close relationship with a few middle/small size steel mills/end users.

Apart from above mentioned suppliers, we are in great demand of iron ore from any other origin except Brazil and Australia. Below are our terms for your reference.

1. Specs: we can take anything with Fe above 52%, Maganatite/hermatitie/lump/fines all acceptable.
2. Payment terms: irrevocable, non transferable DLC 100% at sight.
3. Shipping terms: CIF/CFR only
4. Quantity: loose bulk preferred, maximum monthly quantity 3, 00,000 MT. Minimum 20,000 MT.
5. PB: 2% PB before LC for new or small exporters.
6. Past docs: past SGS/BL/CIQ requested (You can even hide your consignee's name).
7. LOI/ICPO: it can be arranged first if past docs can be provided immediately
8. required info from new/small miners/traders: full specs/size, name of loading port, laycane time, payment terms, shiping terms, CIF/CFR Rizhao/Tianjin north China, export license, past SGS/BL/CIQ, current test report, full info of the mine, local transportation, site photos etc.

(1) Iron ore from: Mexico, Canada, Chile, Peru, Brazil, India, Indonesia etc.
(2) 50,000mt/m min*12 (max 500,000mt/m*12)
(3) Target Price/MT only CIF to a port in China(No FOB )
(4) Fe 63.5% up 62.5% lower rejected
But first of all,to save time,we have to say the following 3 conditions are not negotiable:

1. After contract signed, 2%pb first placed then we issue dlc to you
2. If we sign contract with you , we could issue dlc to you or someone else but be not transferable, (if you need, your commission is include in the target price.)
3. If our end buyer sign contract with you, they could issue dlc transferable but usually list last beneficiary on. And we get our commission base on another agreement between us.

For most direct sellers, this is just standard job.
